Onyx started in 2019 with a pressure washer, a borrowed generator, and a theory: people do not hate getting their car detailed, they hate driving somewhere and waiting around for it.
Six years and about 1,200 cars later, the theory holds. We stayed deliberately small: the same two-person crew comes to every job, uses the same products, and signs off on the same checklist. No franchises, no rotating strangers, no rushing to squeeze in a sixth car before dark.
